Luvocom 3F PAHT CF 9891 BK is a 15% carbon fiber reinforced PA6 (polyamide) filament. It is extremely stiff and engineered for industrial applications. This 3D printer filament features excellent printability and processing properties. This allows you to 3D print parts with mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy and precision comparable to injection molded parts. It makes this filament a perfect 3D printing material for serial production of strong and stiff end-use parts.

It exhibits a 50% lower water uptake at a four times slower rate compared to standard PA6 nylon filaments. Parts printed with Luvocom 3F PAHT CF 9891 BK are temperature-resistant up to 160 °C.

Please be aware that this 3D printing filament contains a relatively high concentration of extremely hard carbon fibers, which have an abrasive nature. In general these carbon fibers will accelerate the nozzle-wear of brass nozzles, much faster than unfilled filaments. We recommend to use nozzles from stainless steel or other hardened alloys.
