EasyCork filament will be discontinued due to the stop of supply of raw materials needed for EasyCork compound. EasyCork filament will only be available as long as stock lasts.

EasyCork is a lightweight cork-filled PLA-based filament which is gravimetrically filled with approximately 30% cork fibres. The gravimetric filling with relatively lightweight cork fibres means that EasyCork has extremely high volumetric cork filling properties, allowing you to 3D print beautiful objects with great cork-like aesthetics and cork-like properties such as being lightweight and impact resistant. EasyCork is a very easy to print material as it is based on our EasyFil PLA compound and the 30% gravimetrical filling with cork fibres make the filament absolutely warp-free.

Important key features

  • Real cork feel, look and smell
  • Warp-free printing
  • Great thermal stability and filament flowing behaviour
  • Perfect first- and inter-layer adhesion
  • Lightweight and impact resistant

General printing guidelines*

Nozzle size: ≥ 0.15mm Layer height: ≥ 0.2mm Enclosure needed: No
Print temp: ± 210 – 250° C Fan speed: 50-100% Heat bed: ± 0 – 60°C

*) Above displayed settings are meant as guidance to find your optimal print settings. These ranges in settings should work for most printers,
but please do feel free to experiment outside these ranges if you think it is suitable for your printer. There are a lot of different type of printers,
hot-ends and printer offsets that it is extremely difficult to give an overall one-size-fits-all setting.

Storage and handling

Filament should be stored at room temperature in a dry and dark place with humidity below 15%.
Recommended storage temperature is ca. 18-25°C (64.4 -77.0°F). Keep out of moisture, sunlight and direct
heat. When stored properly, product has a shelf life of 24 months. To obtain the best parameters of the printed
object, it is recommended to dry the material prior to usage and to 3D print it directly from a dry box.
