Luvocom 3F PEKK 50082ย ย (PolyEtherKetoneKetone) is a high-performance polymer from the PAEK (PolyArylEtherKetone) family. The filament can be processed at lower 3D printing temperatures than PEEK-based 3D printer filaments. Yet it provides approximately a 15ยฐC higher glass transition temperature (Tg). The material is suitable for use in applications that will be exposed to short term service temperatures of up to 300ยฐC and continuous service temperatures up to 255ยฐC.
Luvocom 3F PEKK 50082 is engineered to replace metal and composite parts used in various industries. The filament is suitable to be used in industries ranging from aerospace, marine and automotive to medical, oil & gas and energy. The filament exhibits excellent layer bonding, resulting in an unsurpassed dimensional accuracy and z-strength of the parts.
