Luvocom 3F PP CF 9928 BK is engineered for industrial applications. It is an extremely stiff and strong carbon-fiber reinforced PP (polypropylene) filament. It combines low density with outstanding chemical resistance and continuous ESD (electrostatic discharge) properties. Its excellent printability, enhanced layer bonding and high dimensional accuracy make it the perfect filament for serial production.
Important key features
- Lehvoss Luvocom Luvocom 3F PP CF 9928 BK
- ESD surface resistance of 107Ω
- For 3D printing strong, stiff and lightweight parts
- Good chemical resistance
- 3D prints with high dimensional accuracy and increased layer adhesion
Suitable Applications
- High performance end-use parts
- Replacement parts in vehicles
- Electronics and electrical components
- Coatings and housings for chemicals
General printing guidelines *
Nozzle size: ≥ 0.4mm | Layer height: ≥ 0.10mm | Experience level: Expert |
Print temp: ± 220 – 230° C | Fan speed: 10 – 50% | Drying: 4-6h @80°C (max) |
Heat bed: ± 65 – 75° C | Enclosure needed: No | Adhesion: EasyFix Nr. III |
*) Above displayed settings are meant as guidance to find your optimal print settings. These ranges in settings should work for most printers, but please do feel free to experiment outside these parameters if you think it is suitable for your printer. There are a lot of different type of printers, hot-ends and printer offset that it is extremely difficult to give an overall one-size-fits-all setting.
Abrasiveness
Please be aware that this 3D printing filament contains a relatively high concentration of extremely hard carbon fibers, which have an abrasive nature. In general these carbon fibers will accelerate the nozzle-wear of brass nozzles, much faster than unfilled filaments. We recommend to use nozzles from stainless steel or other hardened alloys.
Filament length
